Finding the Right Balance For My Hair Care and Skin Care |

I love to exercise and try to get in a good workout whenever it's possible, especially outside. Exercising outdoors brings it own set of challenges when the outside elements are changing. I have to be especially careful with my skin and hair to keep them from drying out. Although I use a nightly skin cream and an anti aging lotion, I make sure I use a good skin care product all over my body to keep it moisturized and conditioned. When sweat evaporates from the skin, it pulls away the moisture as well. It can be replenished through adequate liquids and a thoroughly nourishing body cream.

Since I lose a lot of sweat through exercising, I have to make sure I implement a good hair care maintenance system and use hair moisturizers to keep the moisture balance on my hair shaft. Usually, the sweating causes me to lose more than a style. I lose a lot of moisture and sheen too. Hair care during exercising is very important for me since I don't want to sacrifice either of them. Taking care of my body inside AND outside are both equally important to me.
