hair care


I am at that stage of life where hair care pretty much means the same thing as hair color! I use hair color every six to eight weeks. It really is not an option. My hair has taken a turn for the subtle greys and whites. I am not ashamed of getting older but I have to say that coloring my hair does take a good ten years off my looks. I like that alot, so does my husband.

Now, my husband is completely grey, but somehow on men grey is not a bad thing, you know what I mean? Every once in a while though, he does like to try some color. He has gone blond at one time and another time used my left over brownish tones. Hair care for my husband is pretty simple. He keeps his hair short and uses a shampoo and rinse in one. He can be in and out of the shower in no time.

I, on the other hand, have a long process with my hair care. I have allowed my hair to grow past my shoulders. Hair care for me includes a shampoo with a rinse out conditioner. This takes time in the shower and then afterwards to dry my hair. I must plan ahead when washing my hair. No wash and go for me!
