The Right Skin Care Products for You
If you are like me you have your own favorite skin care products. No matter what the name brand is for your skin care products there are 3 main steps for caring for your skin.
Washing: The best way to wash your face is to use warm water to loosen dirt and unclog pores. Use a small amount of cleanser, then rinse with cool or lukewarm water. You should only have to wash your face once a day. Naturally you do this after you take off your makeup with a good makeup remover.
Exfoliate: When you exfoliation properly your skin, will notice an almost immediate difference. A couple of ways to exfoliate are microdermabrasion(scrubs) and chemical peels.
Scrubs work by removing the top layer of dead skin that dull your complexion. You need to be exfoliating your skin once a week with the microdermabrasion skin care products of your choice. Just be sure you use a gentle scrub with tiny grains. Big grains will damage your skin.
It can take an hour to give yourself a good chemical peel but you can take off five years from your face. They have some great over the counter peels in the skin care products aisle of any good department store.
Moisturize: A basic law for good skin care is that everyone, no matter her skin type, should moisturize. Just pick the one that works for you and use it at least twice a day. |
